What data we collect

Nothing. Job Tracker does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to any server we operate.

Where your data goes

All data you enter - job titles, descriptions, resume files, notes - is saved directly to your personal Google Drive account using Google's official API. We never see or touch this data.

Google OAuth

We use Google Sign-In solely to obtain permission to write files to your Drive. We request the minimum necessary scopes: drive.file (create files in Drive) and spreadsheets (create and append to a Google Sheet). We cannot read any existing files in your Drive.

What the extension reads

The extension reads the content of job posting pages you visit, but only when you click the extension icon. This data is used only to pre-fill the form and is never sent anywhere except your Google Drive when you click "Log Application".

Third parties

We do not share data with any third parties. The only external service used is Google Drive/Sheets API, governed by Google's own privacy policy.
